IPI was approached by a private developer who had a vision to create living spaces that are not only functional, but that would provide a level of comfort and innovation to its occupants, which is currently not offered anywhere else in Trinidad and Tobago. IPI was subsequently engaged in January 2016 to help realise this pioneering project.

This signature building is currently in the design phase but is envisioned to comprise 9 residential floors, with 4 units per floor. Each unit is expected to accommodate 3 bedrooms. The site measures approximately 26,900 sq.ft. and is ideally located in St. Clair, Port of Spain, within walking-distance to the recreational areas of the nearby Queen’s Park Savannah.

The residential tower will incorporate a number of smart and innovative technologies to further enhance the security and comfort of the residents. Some of the green technologies which are being incorporated into the design includes BMS systems, smart lighting, daylight harvesting and grey water recycling.
