The IPI Story
Our story began many years ago at Hope Estate, Tobago…
We started off in 2009 with Hope Estate as our very first community development, with Sebastien Paddington, our current Managing Director, serving IPI in the capacity of Property Consultant. As more and more families realized their homeownership goals by acquiring their individual pieces of sea-view heaven from us, Sebastien’s love for property development grew, even more, prompting him to join the IPI Team fully in 2015. Under his guidance, the IPI Projects Team began to extend its portfolio and started serving corporations in the Private and Public Sectors. In the year 2016, we found our home in Robinsonville, Belmont.
In 2018, our Team produced a strategic plan that pivoted our focus toward expanding our own properties – and hence Tamarind Park, Orange Hill, and The Palms at Santa Cruz were born. By 2019, our Team started growing and we hired a full sales and marketing team, accounts, and other support staff.
We are eternally humbled and grateful for the opportunity to honor Artists of Trinidad & Tobago at our Orange Hill Estate via our road signs.
The naming of our road signs at Hope Estate was also inspired by the persons who were instrumental in its development.
